How to Reserve your clients stay:
In order to confirm a reservation we require a 25% deposit which can be made through bank transfer, Pay Pal, Visa or Mastercard. Final Payments due prior to arrival.

More than 10 days prior to arrival:
If our office is notified in writing 10 days or more before arrival date, your deposits, less a $50.00 service charge per person, will be refunded to you.
Less than 10 days prior to arrival:
Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to departure forfeits all payments, unless we are able to .
"No shows" will not receive any refund. No partial refunds or credits will be given for unused room reservations, services and tours due to circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, sickness, change of mind, etc. In other words, if you have made reservations for 7 nights and stay only 6, you will still pay for 7 nights.
We realize that our cancellation policy is strict, however, we have a small capacity and often have to turn down reservations. Therefore, we have found it necessary to invoke this policy. To avoid losing your money in the event you need to cancel at the last minute, we highly recommend travel insurance. Thank you for your understanding.
